    I signed up for an In-Person Core Mat I Program with Power Pilates for December ****. On Tuesday, December 5, 2023, they cancelled the class saying that they had other students "transfer," which I am guessing would be to their online mat academy or elsewhere. However, this is at no fault to me, the student who had prepared her weekday and weekend to take this class. The week prior, they were still sending me invoices to pay for the rest of the program back-to-back, even when I am sure they knew at that time, there wouldn't be enough students to take the class, and they said it was because they needed to do things efficiently, however that is not my fault as a student as well. They said they would "be in touch" to let me know when the next dates for the class was, but this is an inconvenience to me as a student. I already have other courses I need to take during the weekends and it's unethical to hold a refund to student because other students are dropping out of a class. I am not going to wait until they decided a date for a new class and I was not given the service I paid for on the dates I paid for them. They tried to come up with a resolution for me to take it online, but there's no way I would move forward with receiving an education from a company that only cares about themselves and their own pockets. I also see that they recently updated the schedule for the new Core Mat I date, which I am not available on due to another 6 month long course I am in. I have attached that schedule as well.
