      I made an order at Dominos at ************************************************************ on May 22nd 2025 around 9:08 pm. I arrived at the store a little under ten minutes later and an employee told me my order wasnt ready yet. Soon after that, I witnessed that same employee lean on top of the unfolded pizza box in front of him with his forearms while using his phone, then proceed to pick his nose and leave his phone in direct contact with the box. This was the same box he used for my pizza. I was ignored when I attempted to ask for a different box, at which point it was already too late. I am disgusted by this behavior and disappointed in the declining quality of this Dominos location.

      On 2/9/25 I order two pizza well done I order chicken and cheese bread . Well the worst would never order again a next Super Bowl. The pizza was not well done it was raw un cooked the cheese bread was burned the chicken need to go back the oven white it was not BBQ chicken. And he forgot my soda call him back he said 5 minutes it was two he came back the wrong soda diet. Trying calling the Store was on hold for all most 45 minutes just keep saying hold please. I waited for over and hour and 45 minutes for cold uncooked pizza.

      I went on the app and it said spend $7.99 or more and you would get an emergency pizza free. I went and ordered online and since I had a drive to get home ordered it for an hour. The app doesnt say anything about future orders and second it is dangerous to do this. If you are driving home from work and want to get a pizza you should not be punished for doing the right thing and ordering before you leave. There promotion would give a person who was ordering while driving so they dont have to future order while punish me who does the right thing. Reality is you are tired and driving home from work and dont feel like cooking is the type of thing they advertise it for but punish those who dont do distracted driving.

      I had a reward Pizza for free using my old email: *************************** My computer was hatched recently so I spoke with a Domino store and explained everything to them, that I didn't want to lose my free pizza reward on the email address stated prior, they explained to just add my new email address: ******************** and I would not lose the free pizza because of the new email address. I did change it but I lost the free pizza, also not just me but another customer when I pick up my carrier out order had issues to. I want to add this receipt/order to my account which I don't know how to do so I need help. Store # **** on 12/8/2024 #*** is on my receipt.There are 2 issues that is unresolved still.
