    This company is absolutely horrible. I originally signed up with TouchBistro in June 2021 but later found a better service and canceled my subscription. However, instead of canceling as requested, they placed my account on hold without my knowledge or ************ forward FOUR YEARS LATERwith no prior notice of reactivationthey attempted to charge my account. I assumed it was an error and ignored the email, only to be sent to collections. When I questioned it, here was their response:"When your account was placed on hold on 06/30/2021, it remained inactive for two months. However, per the terms of your agreement, your subscription was set to auto-renew unless a formal cancellation request was submitted. Since we did not receive a request to cancel, your account remained active, and billing resumed automatically on 02/28/2025."This is completely unacceptable! I was never sent a notice to renew or cancel, nor did I ever request a hold. Its clear they rely on customers forgetting the terms after years of inactivityespecially when they believe they canceled their ********** make matters worse, they sent me to collections, forcing me to pay. I made it very clear that I wanted my subscription canceled, and collections told me their ****************************** would handle it. That was days ago, and to date, no one has reached ****** is unethical for a company to reactivate a contract after years without notifying the customer. ****** before doing business with TouchBistro

    This is the worst company to work with.*** been requesting to speak with a supervisor for almost 3 months and no response.The worst customer service ever.But they still take out out the money every month

    After reading the other reviews, I cannot agree more. This company is a JOKE. They absolutely do not care anything about your business, once you have signed their, "You need to sign this now to get the best offer" contract. Best thing you can do is find another company to work with. This company is pathetic and they could care less!

    Terrible customer service, for months we have had a terrible time with our startup restaurant dealing with these people. Extremely disatisfied with their entire service, equipment, software.

    I fully agree with all of the above reviews. Their contract only protects TouchBistro, there is zero requirement for them to actually provide the signee with any services. My business has been in near constant contact with their tech/customer support for almost a year with little to show for it. Terrible software, terrible hardware and the constant response "We understand your frustration" while my small business is suffering. DO NOT SIGN!

    BUYER BEWARE Do Not. I repeat do NOT do business with this company. I am a small startup restaurant. I was rushed into signing an agreement, which I will admit, I should have done my due diligence and proper research before entering into this nightmare agreement. First of all. The equipment they sent me is incompatible with my restaurant's needs. When I informed them, they suggested that I purchase a separate piece of equipment--this is after them charging me almost $2000. In addition, I was never approved for the second hardware for my business's other location and they refused to issue a refund or option to return the first equipment. When I informed them that I no longer wish to do business with them they sent me an email telling me I agreed to a 24 month contract with them and that I would have to pay over $5000. I have not even launched yet and already I'm being scammed! I deeply regret signing with them. I was under the impression that their equipment was all proprietary but they use all third party equipment and charge exorbitant fees to use it. I am now seeking another pos system because no way in h*** do I wish to continue doing business with this company. Even 1 star is too much.

    Like most of the other reviews, Touch Bistro is not following through with their end of the contract. They lie, cheat and steal to get your business and then go silent. They were very quick to send me equipment and that was the end of it. Tried calling, emailing, texting, with no results. They wouldn't show up to their scheduled zoom calls and have just been awful to deal with. Now, they are charging me over $7000 for the equipment and the licensing fees. I have hired an *********.....we will see how it goes. Buyer Beware!

    I called TouchBistro to get information on the ******************** I DID NOT SIGN ANYTHING. After hearing about the system, i decidedly to buy the hardware. They stated that if I sent payment of 400+ dollars they would send the devices I needed for my establishment. I paid the 400+ dollars. Didn't receive a thing and now they are trying to get ******** out of me when I never signed anything! They sent me a copy of a form and the forged my initials. It is NOT my writing. Do not go with these guys for ANYTHING they are a fraud!!!
