    Since 2020 i've paid a total of $5935 in storage costs. Upon return of my goods you've caused in excess of $4500 of financial impact either through damage or complete loss. I believe your claims team saw fit to insult me with ~$450 total across all my cases.The damages are not typical to those one might expect as part of storage (small scratches and minor breakages) and undoubtedly point at gross negligence and deliberate criminal damage. Most notably...a television which left my property in a tv box (ironically which i had to pay for), only to return in a blanket and completely destroyed. Similar could be said for the mattress which left in a mattress cover (again at cost) to return soiled and damaged beyond use. Not to mention the destruction of *every single* piece of furniture which wasn't in a crate.
