I'm very very very displease with how Praxell does business. I've had an account with Praxell for a number of years and the service has steadily declined. Misinformation seems to be the wide spread at Praxell. I can call Praxell 3 different time and get 3 different answers from 3 different persons to the same question. It is because of incorrect information given to me by Praxell representatives that my *************** credit card with a very high limit was closed even though I have excellent credit with ***************. The supervisor ask for my social security number and my home address to which I gave her. I was told that my 'information' could not be 'verified' which makes no sense to me since I've had many payroll checks direct deposited to this account over the years with my same social security number and home address. I was then told the 'only' way the mo
