my wife was given a prescription medication " *******" for diabetic #2 which is extremely expensive and was not covered by ********. we had no choice but to apply for the ******* patient assistant which may issue the ** for free of charge because of our **********. when I searched for the application, this firm showed up as ******* patient assistant without mentioning that they are a middleman or will charge for application. we found the application. someone call us from ************ representing themself as " *******" and assured that the application will be approved but we have to pay $55 dollars a month for every month to get the medicine as " out of pocket". they have been charging my CC every month. two days ago, we contacted *******" which is Manufactured by ******************** and asked them why they are still charging us $55 every month, the answered was the medication was free, and we do not charge them. I asked them is " Simplefill LLC. a part of this program, the answered was no. then we understood that Simplefill is a fake organization which claim to be connected to a part of the pharmaceutical patient assistant program. I called their number yesterday and asked why they represent themself with ******* and why did not say they are middle person, and why they are charging a fake claim " out of pocket" of $55 per month, I asked him to refund $165 for three months withdrawal and delete all information about my wife and do not charge again. he started arguing that we were helping you to get a free medication and that is the monthly charge. we understood that this was a scam for elderly people.

      Business Response

I am sorry you feel this way and perhaps you have a misunderstanding of what about Simplefill does for our clients.  We have been helping thousands of people since 2009 by introducing them to and helping them enroll in programs offered by the ******************** companies and Grant ************  This is clearly stated in the How it Workssection of our website.

We do NOT solicit anyone. All of our clients, including you, reached out to us for help since your insurance did not cover any of the costs of ******* and it was too expensive for you to purchase from your pharmacy.  By introducing you to and helping you enroll in a program with its manufacturer, you were able to obtain ******* at no cost. And for the work we did to help you get into the Program, we get paid a fee which was to be paid over several months instead of a one time payment.  In this case, our fee was significantly less than what you would have spent for ******* at your pharmacy.  It resulted in you saving in excess of $1,000 for the year.    Since you have been approved by the manufacturer for the remainder of 2025, you will continue to get ******* for FREE and all we ask is that you continue to pay us for the work we did in getting you approved. If you no longer wish to use our service for 2026 and beyond, you are free to do so.

While access to these programs are available online, many people, like you, sought out our help in the enrollment process and for that,we earn our fee.   I have attached sections of the Agreement you signed with SimpleFill which clearly indicate what we do, the cost of our service and your financial commitment to us.

One last pointunless the cost of our service results in saving money, we do not recommend using our service.  But in several instances, such as yours, our clients are better off using our services than merely purchasing the medication prescribed by their MD at their local pharmacy.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because we did not need anyone to help us to apply for this medication, simplefill acted fraudulently to be a part of ******* patient assistant program which they are not, the caller also add that your out of pocket will be $55 per month from ******* not their fees- we were and able to do the entire application by ourself and did not needed any help from any other persons or company or scammers - the way it showed in the application that Simplefill was a part of ******* without any explanation that they were a middle person. anytime if the action is not fully explained it will be Lagaly translated as a scam. that signature does not work in this case .
