International Society of Female Professionals keeps renewing a subscription that was cancelled years ago. They are fraudulently charging people and then when payment is stopped by the bank, **** is giving them the new card info to charge under a new name. This is true for **************** International as well. Both companies keep changing their name to sneak through the fraud department for the banks. I have talked both to *************** who refers to ***** **** referred back to the bank and said to contact the merchant. The phone numbers are bogus for the company and I have already emailed them multiple times to cancel recently and in the past. This is a loophole for thieves to continue to get away with fraudulence and make money. Please stop this criminal activity. I have been told I paid for this subscription in full but they attempted to raise charge me again and for a larger amount. I am attaching the email where they stated I would no longer be charged and membership was paid for "life". This company continues to charge me a membership fee, even though I have canceled my membership years ago. I do not have an email asking if I would like to renew the membership. I am writing to formally file a complaint against the International Society of Female Professionals (ISFP) regarding unauthorized charges to my credit card and failure to honor their assurances regarding the removal of my payment information.On May 13, 2024, I contacted ISFP requesting the cancellation of my membership and the removal of my credit card information from their system. In response, I received assurances from them confirming that my credit card details had been expunged and that I would no longer be charged. However, despite these assurances, I have continued to incur charges from ISFP since June 2024. To date, these unauthorized charges have amounted to over $1,200.I have not received any membership benefits, services, or correspondence from ISFP since joining. Given that I no longer wish to be a part of this organization and that their continued charges are unauthorized, I am requesting the following:A full refund of the unauthorized charges totaling over $1,200.A written confirmation that my credit card information has been permanently removed from their system and that no further charges will be made.I trust that the Better Business Bureau can assist in resolving this matter and ensuring that ISFP ceases its unethical billing practices. I cancelled this subscription over a year ago and in December 2024 this company started charging my credit card again. I have attempted to contact them through emails which go now where and phone which doesn't exist. I have filed a dispute with my ********** and they have refunded all rhe fraudulent charges but 1. I signed up for a membership approx 4 years ago. I immediately canceled my membership. Since then the organization has charged my bank account different amounts at least every 2-3 months. Each time my bank flags as fraud and I submit a claim. That requires me to get a new debit card. I've replaced approx 7-8 debit cards. This organization continues to automatically charge my credit card monthly after I called to stop all charges and any membership.The charge came through as Professional Women's N, see attachments of bank report and email requests to stop charges.I called after seeing charges come through in May, ******. June 15th, 2024, spoke to a representative, transferred me to Billing and hung up the phone.2. emailed on July 2, 2024, 3. Called August 12, 2024, and 4. emailed again Sept. 3, 2024.Organization continues to charge my credit card. I do not have a membership number.Please assist me to resolve these continued fraudulent charges. I need the organization to credit the charges from June 2024 - August 2024. This company keeps changing their name slightly so that they can continue to charge for membership that has been cancelled (at least twice!!). I have even cancelled my credit card so that they could not charge me again, but because they pay Mastercard and **** for updated card #s, they keep charging me. I don't have an account # anymore because I CANCELLED my membership two years ago, but they keep trying to charge me. ** On top of this, when I did sign up, it was for a LIFETIME membership, so there should never have been any additional charges. This company is a complete SCAM! Why haven't they been closed down?Business Response

I have been battling unauthorized charges listed as intlnetworkwomeninc for $49. ** immediately flagged it suspicious and it was declined. However, I received a new card with a new number but within one month I had a similar charge from the Intlnetworkwomeninc again! I never authorized these charges or subscribed to anything like this. I have no way to contact them to have them remove me from their database! I dont even know how they are getting the new credit card numbers! I want this fraudulent company to stop charging me and remove any info they have of me from their database!Business Response

This company continues to get a hold of my credit card and charge $249.90 randomly. I have had to close my card and be issued a new one 3 times at this point. It is so frustrating. The bank reports this as fraud each time and it just happens again with the new card.Business Response
