Statement:I am filing this report to document unauthorized charges made to my personal credit card by PINATA, ***** a company based in *********On 6/6/24, I authorized a one-time payment of $810.00 over the phone to assist Naked Diablo with a billing issue. However, I later discovered that PINATA continued charging my personal credit card for $810 per month for the next 9 months without my authorization.I never signed an agreement with PINATA, nor did I authorize my personal credit card for recurring payments. PINATA has failed to provide proof of my consent and has instead pointed to a contract signed by *** ********, which does not include my name or signature. Despite multiple requests, PINATA refuses to refund the unauthorized charges. While I was initially unaware of these charges due to personal circumstancesincluding my wife's serious health issuesI only recently reconciled my bank statements and identified the fraudulent charges. This delay does not change the fact that my credit card was charged without authorization.Since my personal financial information was misused, I believe this qualifies as credit card fraud and request a formal investigation into PINATA, ****** Attached Evidence:? Credit card statements highlighting unauthorized charges.? The contract signed by *** ********, proving I was never a party to the agreement.? Email correspondence disputing the charges.? PINATAs refusal to refund the unauthorized transactions.I request that law enforcement take appropriate action against PINATA, **** for unauthorized use of my personal credit card
