I used them one year and then cancelled them. The year after they still charged me (this was 2024). I contacted them and my bank to tell them to cancel my account and put a stop payment on the credit card charge. Since my bank said I had waited too long to complain, I had to pay it anyway. I contact Monday.com customer service and spent 3 hours emailing and chatting on their website telling them to cancel my account and not to ever charge me again. And then today (March 2025) I see a charge AGAIN for $1,080 on my credit card. I contacted my credit card company immediately this time and they are now putting a "hard stop" on the account for this merchant. They are frauds and this is how they gauge people. Shame on Monday.com. Do NOT give them your credit card. Total scam.

Im extremely disappointed in Monday.com and their predatory pricing model, which forces users into an expensive Enterprise plan just to manage multiple projects. This plan costs nearly $1,872 per year for just three seatsan excessive price jump for a basic feature most project management platforms include in lower tiers. Even with a discount, it remains $1,778.40 annually, making it unaffordable for small businesses, non-profits, and individuals paying out of pocket to better their communities. Smaller teams and community organizations shouldnt have to fight just to access fair pricing. Additionally, their lower-tier plans are so limited that they force users into Enterprise pricing, proving that Monday.com caters to large corporations rather than supporting smaller organizations. The biggest issue? Monday.com restricts the ability to create multiple projects unless you purchase Enterprise. A basic necessity like project management should not be locked behind an exorbitant paywall. Their pricing structure is not designed to help people organize efficiently but rather to squeeze more money from users who simply need fundamental tools. Many people recommended Monday.com, and I wanted to like it, but its not built for small teamsespecially those who work hard to uplift their cities and communities. Their customer service was polite, but ultimately, they offered no real solutions beyond pushing an expensive subscription.I strongly urge BBB to investigate these unfair pricing practices. Monday.com should be held accountable for making project management unaffordable for small teams, non-profits, and individuals. Until they change their pricing model to reflect a fair and ethical structure, I caution small businesses and non-profits to look elsewhere for accessible, transparent, and reasonably priced project management solutions.

I was working for Monday.com as a marketer. Was told I could withdraw funds after tasks were completed several times. And when I did complete them I was told my withdrawal was too large and I couldnt get my funds. Several thousand dollars.

Monday.com price gouges it's customers by making them pay for buckets of seats for their subscription rather than individual seats. For example, instead of being able to pay for 6 individual team members, I'd have to pay for 10 members because it rounds to the next "bucket". They stated, "Our pricing model is based on groups of seats rather than individual seats. This approach simplifies the process and provides clear options for different team sizes. If you have a team of 6, you would need to select the 10 seat plan as it's the closest option available."This is predatory and I don't understand why consumers are forced to pay for seats they aren't using? I don't understand why they can't convert to individual seats rather than making customers pay for bulk seats at a time? It's completely price gouging.

I signed up for a trial and cancelled the same day after I realized it was not for me. I contacted them and they assured me my account was deleted and there would be no charges. Several weeks later my card was charged over $1,300 for an annual subscription. Even though I could not sign into my account or see anything they had kept my credit card information. There is no phone number for them so you have to email. I have emailed with 5 separate people who assure me their sister company work canvas will contact me. I have yet to have a resolution.
