      Beware an Absolute Scam. They advertised a mold product try for one month if it doesnt work, you can get a full refund. I purchased a 2 pack trial size with ******. They charged me for a 2 pack and a 3 pack. I called a few hour later to stop the extra charge. They informed me that its too late it went out &as soon as I receive the packages call them for my *************** label. 3 1/2 weeks later I still didnt receive it. I called again. They insisted it was going to be there soon. I received the packages a week later, called them for the slip. They gave me a runaround disconnected. Me called back three times. They said they were going to email me the label, it never came. I called the next day to inform them I did not receive the label again a runaround. ShopperLo by With ***************. after my third attempt, I called ******, which also said that they will handle this and I dont have to bother with them any longer. ****** failed to do so a month after I called them again. ****** said that they are going to handle this, theres no reason why they are not responding and they will get my refund which was over $80.03 months later I receive a $35 credit from ****** now I called ****** again and had to leave a message I want my money back. I dont know if theyre in on this scam or its just a bad company but do not use them and they sponsor many products. They dont even have a live address for you to reach them. Beware of these scammers.

      I had a 1 year subscription to **** magazine and stopped receiving them two months before the end of my subscription. I received notice that the **** will be no longer available as printed version but the remaining issues will be replaced by another magazine for me. 1 month and a half later I am still missing any remaining magazines. I do not know why this company is rate A+ with all those complaints from customers? When I contacted the **** to ask them simple question if this was true that they discontinued printed version, the chat person told me that the technician can answer my question on the phone. When I gave the chat person my phone number, the payment form pop-up asking me to pay $1 for fixing the issue. This seems like a scam to me. I just asked them a simple question, and my subscription is already paid in full. I was expecting the call with the simple answer - was it the truth that they discontinue printed magazine 2 months before my subscription expired?

      This company is run by a dishonest scumbag. Do not purchase products from them. They will send you defective products that take months to arrive, and then they will not respond to you when you contact them. Dishonest and despicable.

      Ive been trying over a month to get in contact with anyone. Emails unanswered, phone calls ************ to a line that drops it after 15 mins. I even mailed them from the inserts in the magazine. The issue: I havent received my paid subscription magazine in 2 months. I am paid up until Sept ****. The deep research it takes to try and get ahold of anyone is very unprofessional and very frustrating~

      US Weekly Magazine...I have e-mailed three times, messaged on FB and called and after 15 minutes on hold...next in queue...agents helping other customers...and then told there was no one to take my call. What is their problem???!!!They take our money but can't be bothered staffing a CS department??? I do not want this magazine and apparently my subscription number doesn't match anything so I can't see what I paid or who I paid. I want this cancelled and my money refunded. No customer should have to jump through this many hoops to speak to someone!I did not plan on renewing this magazine as I do not care for it.

      Emailed Woman's World and First for Women's customer service departments over 2 weeks ago to cancel my subscriptions and have never received any response or refund of my money. Both are owned by a360. It's disgraceful, and I think criminal how they try to make it near impossible to cancel and continue holding your money. I will never order magazines from them again.

      My mother-in-law subscribes to the Star Magazine, pays annually by check. At different times, they started her subscription as a new customer instead of a renewal so she gets short changed on several months of the wraparound of the end of the first subscription and beginning of the renewal and at other times she is not receiving the subscription at all. Multiple calls to the Boone IA customer service and they have pre-recorded message saying it is not them but **** not delivering. Then when customer service picks up, the woman says our computers are down and hangs up. A claim has been opened with **** to investigate it as well since they are blaming **** in their recorded message. The Star Magazine should refund subscription fee if they are not going to timely deliver and consistently deliver the product that was paid for.

      I sent a check for a gift subscription for FIRST and WOMEN'S WORLD the beginning of Oct.2023. It was cashed Nov.7, 2023. A month later, no magazines have been delivered. This is a Christmas gift so I would like to be assured that it will arrive. I called once and was on hold 17 min. When I finally got a representative, the call cut after a minute and I received no information. I just called again (Dec.6,2023) and was told that the system will be down until Friday December8.

      They continue to take my money even after I have requested to cancel my subscription. I have sent emails, removed my card number, and disputed purchases. However, because my card number was once linked to the account, they have somehow saved the information and continued charging my card. I don't know how to end this. I'm tired of paying for a subscription that I do not want.
