    The American Writers Group committed to editing my book which they did. Twice we were at the final stage to finalize and print when the person I was assigned to was no longer working for the company and another person took over. I was told that one man actually died. I constantly had to provided the chapters to the new person who was working on my account because they could not access the computer account of the worker. The last person who was the seventh person assured me that I would receive the finished product. Plans were in the making for publicizing the book which is already registered to be sold online. This company owes me 3 first edition copies of my book, BitterSweet Sugar and I want them.

    I paid American Writer's Group $500 on July 6, 2022, to publish 50 copies of a small personal book I had written for me. I sent them the pdf of the book. I was told I would receive it within a couple of weeks. They contacted me several weeks ago and wanted me to publish it on Amazon for sale, which I didn't want to do. They book was not for sale, it was a personal book of family stories, just for my family. The again said it was going thru proofing and within a day or so would be printed and I would have it within a couple weeks. I was making a trip to ND for a few weeks, so had them change the mailing address to my ND address. I still have not received my books. I have called several times, left messages...texted them several times, and tried contacting the man who was working with me. They don't answer my messages and don't return my phone calls. I wanted my books to hand out to my family members while I am here in ND. I will have to go back to AZ in early September. I have sat on hold for over a half hour and then been cut off. Please help me.
