    On 7 Feb 2025, I contacted Open Road Media regarding being unable to download a book. I received an auto-response email on the same day, claiming that they "will respond within two business days." I did not receive a response within that time frame, nor at any later time; I sent follow-up requests for support on the 16th, 18th, and 25th Feb 2025.

    Hi, I'm one of the poor souls that bought a book that was attached to this companies child company Early Bird Books. I searched for it here, but found nothing. I have been plagued with emails from them. Without fail. Multiple times a day. I have unsubscribed. Multiple times. I have sent them to spam. Multiple times. And yet, without fail, they're in my inbox multiple times a day. And since they wish to ignore me everywhere else I've come here. Because you can't ignore me here. And I warned you I would do this. Next stop is Amazon and Apple and all the other places this cash grab can be found.

    Early Bird Books, which is a division of Open Road Integrated Media, advertises books to buy via the internet. They list the price and one chooses the company from which to purchase, i.e., Amazon, *************** etc. When I choose the book, via the link, which is Amazon because I have a Kindle, the price increases from the posted price on the main email. I've called the company and spoken to *************************, who said she would look into it and agreed that the prices differ from what's posted on Early Bird Books, and what Amazon charges. I've spoken to Amazon and they say, that's Early Bird Books problem. I've emailed and called, and can't contact anyone anymore at OR/M. Their phone is answered by an automaton and gives a greeting, asks for a number, then hangs up. Sometimes I get through, but the last times, not.I would appreciate your help.Thank you.***********************
