      Ordered and paid for marriage license including fee to have it sent certified ($40!). I was notified that they could not find it and I was welcome to contact the county clerks office. I called the county clerk and $6 and one week later had my marriage license. So how does this company get to keep my $40 when they did not provide the service? They will not refund. Absolutely ridiculous.

      Paid on 3/24/25 and never recieved Birth Certificate. Called 3 times Phone number no one answered over hour gave up and emailed them response is they are running behind and I'll be notified when its been processed . 4 months still waiting this company should be investigated and not working with ****************** obviously.

      This was absolutely horrible. I tried to get my birth certificate for my passport and they rejected every bit of ID I gave them. So I sent an email and TWO MONTHS LATER I finally get a response. My order is now apparently cancelled and they took my money and who knows who has my information now.

      Same as the one filed right before me in 2/25 (and many others): I paid them. Sits in *****. No response to my repeated email requests. It's a scam. Who knows now who has the private information I gave them like my proof of identity. Would have been faster, easier driving the long distance right to courthouse and got my own death certificate instead of spending weeks begging them to reply or finish my order.

      I placed and paid for an order of 2 death certificates from **********, *********** using your service on June 27, 2023 at almost $75 which was immediately charged to me. The estimated delivery was given of Oct. 24, 2023. After multiple attempts to wait on hold and speak with someone about my order this morning someone finally answered! I was told by your representative that my order should be mailed next week. Whether that is true or not we shall see.I suggest you consider a system of better informing your patrons of the status of their orders most particularly when an estimated delivery is delayed for months as mine was. Whether that might be an email with an update or a fix on your website system of allowing someone to check the status of their order beyond the current expiration of the ability to do so, or a notice on the order of the change in expected delivery.Needless to say, I will never use your service again nor would I recommend it but rather discourage anyone from ever using it. If my order does not ship nor arrive by end of next week I will be disputing with my credit card company for full reversal of charges due to failure to deliver the order on your part.One star was selected though I would give no stars if allowed.

      Horrible service. Ordered long form birth certificates for my passport. They sent short forms which were completely unusable. **************** was rude and insisted i pay more money to fix their mistake. Avoid them if you can

      This company is terrible. There is no follow up and they are currently as of August 2023 only processing January 2023. Their average time is 150 BUSINESS DAYS! They are expensive, I paid $68.00 and ************** only offers this company as a way to obtain a Birth Record. I don't even know if this is a copy of the original or just basic stats and there is no way to find out. I have called several times and was put on hold over for 1 1/2 hours before someone, who knew nothing other than what was on the website, answered. Had to give them one-star because this review won't process any other way. I would like to give them minus -5 stars.

      I would give a 0 star if possible. Company is a scam. Call your birthplace vital records to order your birth certificate. This company said it would take a year to get! Not true! They wont issue a refund.

      I ordered a birth certificate for my husband in January 2023. I've yet to receive it. I sent $57.00, and thought by now we would have received it, but nothing. I've been ripped off. Don't order anything from this "CON" company. The only reason I clicked on 1 star is because I had to. This company is a -0- star company. Beware!
