    Read the reviews on this place. We should've listened when they said an apartment was hard to rent out- they blamed managment but it was them. You don't even initially talk to an agent and theyll never pick up the phone. They ask for a deposit literally immediately and suddenly get really flaky- I had no issues with ******** or *** until they met my husband (who's Black) and suddenly they didn't want to answer our questions and changed the agreement we had to meet for the lease. I won't say what I think happened but you can fill it in im sure. They said they'd help us settle in and yet to get the keys, find out how to pay rent in the future etc took days to hear back. ******** in particular was terrible and unprofessional- she has no patience and doesn't keep to her word, there was a miscommunication and even after *i* apologized (despite it not being my fault) she was needlessly passive aggressive- acted like showing me the unit was doing me a favor and not her job- forced me to apologize AGAIN but then cut me off numerous times on the phone only to hang up, she's playing with people's livelihoods and on some weird power trip. She's belittling and absolutely abhorrent to work with, and despite us having a copy of the lease to sign and having the deposit out already, she said *** would "let us know if we still have the apartment " before hanging up mid conversation- as if it was just a casual thing and not our living situation! Luckily we contacted managment anyways.
