    The location in ******* is a great place to office out of. Quiet, easy to get to from 440, and most importantly a great office environment. ***** and the team at *** do a wonderful job.

    TKO suites will leave you questioning as to why you ever rented an office space with them in the first place. The staff that I dealt with communicated with me that it was acceptable to make some adjustments to the space such as hanging things on the walls. The administration then comes back saying damages were caused when everything was first pre-approved by the head manager ******* *****. If you rent here expect to have to follow strict rules and have to deal with people who really dont care about you or your business.

    *** is not a place I would recommend to use for your business. They do everything in their power to take more money from you than makes sense. Make sure to get everything in writing because they will deny any conversation had in person. Its been over 30 days and I have not received my security deposit. They finally answered me when I threatened taking it to court and told me they decided I had made a ton of damage and they were deducting my security deposit. There was no damage to the suite at all.

    If you are looking for an office space please do not come here because they will mess you up. I came across TKO Suite on ********** in April 2024, I called them and scheduled to go see the office space. I went there and liked the space. They reached out to me the same day about doing the application which I did through Docusign. I later changed my mind due to some issues and reached out to TKO Suite for a refund of my $1290.76 security deposit that I gave them on April 15, 2024. I requested a refund less than 2 weeks after paying that security. They told me it was non-refundable. mind you I did not sign the lease agreement with them I only did the application form. These people are a bunch of criminals. They are giving me an option to either continue with the lease agreement that I don't want or do an early termination(which I never had any contract sign with them). They run their business by taking your deposit and threatening you. I have all the documents and recordings of our conversation. Please do not rent with this company they are very bad.

    I have work for this company for a good amount of time. I would like to proclaim that this is a fraud company. They still money from their clients as well as staff members. There are hidden agenda that they have and they dont express them. They black main clients for mo reason at all but to get more money from them. When its need for there us. I was getting on board paper work about my position. Everything stated that was suppose to be given or things that were suppose to happen. Of course they never came forth with anything. I will never use any services offered from this company. Please read all fine writing and make shots have a notary.

    Very bad company they threatened me as a business a owner they threatened my partner we have everything recorded they asked us and force us to write 2 reviews to get our deposit back !!!!!!! They run there business by taking your deposit and threaten you when you submit a termination letter !!! Yall be careful I recorded them and i have a screenshots and phone calls !!!! Really bad company!!!!!!!!
