Accepted an offer to interview after applying through Indeed. **** in and spoke to someone who told me that I would start working making 28/hour after the completion of my training. I was told I had to pay for training and certifications which cost about $450, but I was then never contacted again by them. They took my money and never gave me any training or work. All contacts blocked my number following the transaction.

This company is an employment scam. They promise you a job paying $25-$28 an hr but first you need to complete a "training" that costs $450 but they make you put $150 down first. They don't offer no training and no job. They literally steal people's money. Beware.

I recieved a phone call from ***** on 04/13/23 about a position as a concierge and i was suppose to come to the office for an interview on 04/14/23 and that i should also take $150 to cover the fee for Osha certification, Anti-Terrorism Training and F80 certification. I went to the interview 10:30am. ******* the person who interviewed me said i should pay the $150 so i proceeded to do what was asked of me then he promptly told me to sign a piece of paper initially i thought this was signing a contract of employment so i did. After making my first deposit he requested that i pay another $345 dollars without first disclosing to me that that there was anonymous fee of $345 dollars. I attempted to gain the other $345 from my wife but i was unable to cover that anonymous balance. I decide i could not go through the procedure anymore and requested a full refund. He told me that he was not willing to give me back my refund even though he tried to gain another $345 dollars from me. He did not render the services as promised and i felt like a victim and i was scammed. I went downstairs to confind with my wife on the phone about the situation that had just occured because i was upset that he did not render any services or gave me back my refund of $150. A little later while i was talking on the phone to my wife he approached me in a disrespectful manner and said discriminating things including curse words to me while telling the security to muscle me further away from the entrance of the building I was not in the building at that time. He also said if i want my money back i should come with a lawyer. I just feel hopeless that this case will never be resolved and i felt disrespected and robbed of my funds. I just want this matter to be resolved in a unique manner. And even if i do not receive my money back i hope this text here sends a message that these people are not doing legitimate business and instead they are robbing individuals who seek employment from them. Hello,

We are sadden to hear that this client feels this way. We believe we were fourth coming about training/certifications cost (which is the only cost the clients cover). Not only do we explain it verbally, it is also stated in our enrollment agreement and training emails sent to our clients.  We do not know why this client feels this way. But as stated in the enrollment  agreement the client read signed and agreed to (which is take training and receive job placement assistance after training) . It also stated that all payments are final and non-refundable. Please review our enrollment agreement. We try our best to help our clients and clarify any misunderstandings or confusion.  The client's contract is valid for 1 year. After that, the client must repay registration fee to re enroll and start the process over. We understand as a business we are unable to satisfy every single client, but one thing we make sure of is that we live up to whatever is agreed upon and outlined in our enrollment agreement. This client will not be receiving a refund. If the client wants a refund they can submit a refund request to our email and it will be reviewed, but there is no guarantee for that refund.

Now as for the disrespect and the racist comments, being scammed, all these accusations, and ** not running a legitimate operations is all false. If this client can provide proof or a witness that can verify this we will issue a full refund. According to building security and our sales contractor ******************, This client was being unruly, unprofessional, and unbecoming all because he was told that the payments are non-refundable.  This client was very irate and our staff became very threaten by him, that's why he was asked to leave the building by security.  The question that we are asking the client is, why sign up for something that you could not afford and enter into a contract that clearly states what it is we do, and that the payments are non-refundable. Its literally highlighted in Yellow, big and bold you can't miss it literally the first thing you see when looking at the enrollment agreement.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    [Your Answer Here]

The information that was submitted is inaccurate. I wasn't being irrate or threatening,  after i asked him if i can get a refund and he said no i went outside to speak to my wife to see if she thought paying another $400+ to them was smart.  As i was speaking with my wife, he started to say hes offended and my wife heard him and even said why would he be offended.  He didnt like the fact that i was discussing it with my wife and in turn he became belligerent and said for me to hit him.  He even had a security guard outside with him.  My wife can tell you that when i was sitting and waiting to speak to him about a refund the other securities were joling amongst themselves.  If i was terrorizing them why would they be saying jokes and laughing at their post.  Ignorance isnt my style.  My wife told me to just leave cause she heard him challenge me.  When she told me to just leave, i did.

The business contacted me making me to believe they were an employer. I was requested to come into an interview with $100 to take a training course. During the interview it was then stated that the $100 was just a down payment and that $849 would be required up front to start working. The company is not an employer as they made me to believe, even after going through all the courses employment is not guaranteed. I was not told that the money was only a down payment over the phone when I was called for an interview. I am seeking a refund of the $100.

Filling out job applications, this company contacted me for an interview. **** told me if I'm hired I'm required to pay $150 for licenses. I arrived and got interviewed in which the head man said he'll take me on then explained the licensing would be $800 in which I agreed to pay $200 to speed up the process. After payment I read the contracting agreement realizing they don't hire for employment. They don't offer refunds nor do they employ. Misleading information and taking advantage of those looking for employment.

We don't believe this client was mislead in any way shape or form. The client wanted to take advantage of the training to get certified/licenses and wanted help getting employment within our network of employers. We stand by our enrollment agreement and what we have to offer. We have enrolled over several hundred clients and have very very few complaints not even 1% of complaints about our firm. Because our clients know what it is they sign up for, and they take advantage of our services. It only becomes a issue when a person decides to back out of the non-refundable enrollment agreement or does  not follow instructions, that this becomes a problem for them.

I was charged $450 dollars which I didnt receive a full explanation. Additionally, after speaking to representation, he stated I will not receive a job placement due me questioning where and how my funds were spent.

    Hello,

We Have attached the company's enrollment agreement that all of our clients agreed to and signed, before any payment is received for training purposes. We explained everything in full detail to all of our clients which will include *********************. We  read the enrollment agreement to him, he knew what was expected of him.  We also emailed the training materials and online training links for him to begin his training, since that is what he purchased.  No one pays for a job with our company, because we are not an employment agency. We are a third party recruiting company for professional training/licensing schools and corporations seeking license professionals for hire.  Since we have a no refund policy for all people who we have sent the training materials to, the payments become non-refundable. ***** requested a refund which we denied. ***** contacted our firm and spoke to management in an unprofessional, unruly, and unbecoming matter after the denial of refund request, and according to our enrollment agreement  services can be revoked if a person acts in such manner as ***** did. ***** was told via text (since he wouldn't allow us to speak and abruptly hung up the phone on management) that he will still receive what he paid for which was the training and materials, but job placement assistance was denied because of his behavior.
