      I purchased a cocktail shaker (**************** Steel Cobbler Cocktail Shaker 790mL) from MTC Kitchen in December ****************************************** August 2022 we opened the cocktail shaker to use as guests were over but we can not take the cap off of the shaker so we did not use it. After our guests left we tried everything to get the cap off, I contacted MTC kitchen and used the the the *** representative gave us, still the cap did not come off. I asked if we can exchange this $100 cocktail shaker as it is obviously defected and the representative said that it is outside the return date of 30 days. I told her I understand that but we have just unboxed it and we havent used the item because we are unable to. I told her we will send her our defective one so she can look at it. We still have the original packaging and I am not asking for my money back, I am simply asking for them to send the same item that is not defected. Still the representative, *****, said no. I feel like this company stole my money.
