  Absolutely unethical company. If attenpted to cancel BEFORE using the service abd they will charge me a $100 fee due to due fictitious policy about "surpassing their trial period". First of all when I pay for a service that's not a trial period. Secondly when I have not used the service at all or even created an account and being charged a ridiculous fee that's is 53% of my payment in order to just cancel then that is THEFT OF SERVICES in the state of **. This is unjust and absolutely shows you what kind of crappy people and organization they are. Stealing from consumers is what they do.

  A Complete Waste of Time and Money I recently used ZipJob to rewrite my resume, expecting a polished, professional result. Instead, the entire experience, from service to final product, was laughable. I now need to find another service because what they produced was unusable.I paid extra for expedited service, but the first draft was disappointing, and after providing detailed edits, I heard nothing for almost a week. When the writer finally responded, they barely addressed my concerns. Questions requiring thought were ignored, and formatting issues were dismissed as industry-standard. My best friend used a different service and got a far more professional resume, without the ridiculous 23-point font ZipJob insisted on using.When the writer went **** I had to contact support multiple times just to get a response. After the second draft, I complained about the poor quality and lack of responsiveness. Support offered to find another writer but warned it would take longer, which was ironic given how they already knew I was frustrated with delays.Overall, ZipJobs service was unprofessional, frustrating, and not worth the money. The final product was subpar, and Im out over $300 with no usable resume. I would NOT recommend this service to anyone.Thanks, ZipJob.

  Worthless. Could have just used AI and set a stack of money on fire. I have submitted over 200 applications for jobs I am well qualified or even over qualified for and not a single response. Going to have to pay a more reputable company to redo. Save your money and invest in a proper writer. Their reviews on their site are fake. Beyond the bad end product, which I had ordered the resume/cover letter, they were 5 days late getting a first draft out. I'm pretty sure they are some resume farm in some 3rd world country.. Been asking for refund with no response

  I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the resume writing service provided by Zip job, which I began using on April 3, 2024. I was assigned a writer named ****** who, disappointingly, only copy-pasted the content of my existing resume without making any meaningful changes or improvements.Upon noticing this, I immediately raised my concerns with their customer support, expecting a swift resolution such as a full refund or reassignment to a more competent writer. However, my complaints have been met with nothing but inefficiency and a lack of accountability. Despite multiple communications, Zip job has neither refunded me nor provided a suitable alternative to rectify their substandard service.This experience has not only wasted my time and money but has also caused significant frustration due to their non-responsive demeanor and the critical nature of the service they failed to properly deliver. I trusted Zip job with something as important as my professional representation, and they have utterly failed to meet the basic standards expected of a professional resume writing service.I urge potential customers to consider this experience as a testament to the lack of professionalism and customer care exhibited by **********************. I am now forced to escalate this issue publicly to seek resolution and to advise others to steer clear of their services to avoid similar disappointment.

  I was thoroughly disappointed with every aspect of the services purchased from ZipJob. I purchased a resume, cover letter, ******** profile, and consultation call. None of the documents I received were usable nor were any of my concerns addressed either on the phone or in written communication. None of the documents were proofed for grammar or accuracy based on the information given. I would give zero stars and suggest not wasting your money.

  Absolute garbage. I paid for the $300 package and ended up with a word salad resume that I had to completely re-write myself. Even the formatting and design were hideous. I emailed them several times requesting a refund, but no response whatsoever. These people don't seem to care at all if you get a good product or not. I would absolutely not recommend them to anyone; you will just have to re-work everything yourself, so save your money and spend it on an interview outfit instead. But if you use ZipJob you won't be getting an interview, so it won't matter!I can't urge you strongly enough to stay away from this company.
