      I placed an order with Nine West on December 17 2022 for a handbag and pair of kimy boots. There was no pre order and items were said to be in stock and deliverable. On December 29 2022 the handbag was delivered but no boots and no correspondence from Nine West. I tried calling customer service 20 minutes after opening hours and no answer after waiting over 1 hour. I sent an email based off the website and received a no domain non deliverance message from G Mail. They took my money and have not contacted me in regards to the boots. I want a refund as this business has not upheld their sales commitment.

      PLEASE TELL ME WHY YOU HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL ALL ***** ARE SOLD BEFORE RESTOCKING. I WANTED 4 PAIRS IN SIZE 9 MYCKI DRESS KITTEN HEEL DRESS BOOT! I DIALED ************ AND WAS TOLD I HAD TO WAIT. AND TOLD NO THEY WON'T SEND ME A EMAIL WHEN THE ***** ARE BACK IN STOCK. I GET EMAILS FROM NINE WEST DAILY. I ASSUMED YOU WERE IN THE BUSINESS OF SELLING SHOES! PLEASE RESTOCK THE SIZES. I WAS ALSO TOLD IF ALL SIZES DON'T SELL , I MAY NEVER GET THE *****! THAT MAKES NO SENSE. THIS WAS SUPPOSTED TO BE MY CHRISTMAS GIFTS. NOW I GET NOTHING. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO SOMETHING. THE POWER LIES IN YOUR COMPANIES HANDS.

      Placed an order for 3 pairs of boots 9/28, expedited order with an expectation that shoes would arrive in 2 business days. Two pairs arrived on 10/4, however as of today 10/10/22 the 3rd pair of shoes has still not arrived, although the order reflects it arrived today. Upon researching found that package was delivered to wrong town! Told by customer service person that order cannot be canceled despite the fact that I have no 3rd pair of shoes. Company also not refund the expedited shipping that I paid. Horrible service I am returning all shoes purchased and not do business with them again. However I need to ensure that the 3rd pair is refunded as well as expedited shipping. No wonder this company has such a poor rating, they deservice it.

      Hi, I ordered a pair of shoes and paid for 1-2 business day shipping (NW-1314018), My order did not arrive within 1-2 business days and I requested a refund for the $32.95 I was charged for expedited shipping. Nine West denied my request and indicated that they have a 2-3 day processing time for all orders, however, when you select 1-2 business day shipping during the check out, that is NOT clearly displayed. I would like a refund for $32.95 for the expedited shipping.
