    I purchased Clear Flex 95 on, January 20, 2023 for $95.89. On January 22, 2023, I received a notification from ***** that my package was delivered. However, the package never arrived. I immediately contacted TCS via email to let them know about this issue. I then contacted ***** and they told me that the address on the label was incorrect and I opened a lost package claim. I then called TCS and left a voicemail to advise them of what ***** had told me and asked to call me back. They called me back the next day. They acknowledged that I am a repeat customer and have ordered 5 times in the past. I use this project for special projects. Then they advised that I am the one that entered my address incorrectly. Which is impossible because I have an account with them that has my shipping information. All I do is add the product. Click cart. Click checkout and its done. I do nothing with my address. They proceeded to tell me that it was not their fault and that I can repurchase. I have proof that I have not received the product and feel this should be handled in a different way. This is not satisfactory customer service. I have sent multiple emails during this process, with no response. ***** advised to have TCS open a claim and I emailed with this information, again no response. Per *****, they still have not as I write this. I have also disputed my payment with PayPal after many attempts to work this out with TCS, and they disputed it back. The address on the label does not even exist. This can be seen with a simple ****** search. My claim is still open with *****, meanwhile, I am out $96 and product. Im extremely disappointed as a loyal customer, to be treated like this. Like a liar. This isnt $5-$10! This almost $100! I dont have money to just throw out.
