    I signed up for the **** test prep and was completely underwhelmed by the product I received. The flashcards are completely useless. A calculator can not be used on the exam and the packet contains multiple questions that require the use of one. There are additional math questions that have incorrect solutions. I emailed customer support for resolution on these issues and the only reply I received is 'the team' is assessing the problems. This company has clearly not designed a product specifically for the test I am taking. I would definitely not recommend this company.

    I enrolled in the Hiset preparation course. I selected the $94.47 Lifetime package. Their website promised 24/7 customer service and a money-back guarantee, neither of which is offered. I immediately recognized that I was being scammed. Yes, I received the course materials, which were all reading materials. It did not match the description. I expected to receive hands-on training or videos to help me through the course, but I received neither. I did contact their customer service, but the only response I received was a link to their "money-back guarantee" They have not responded to my request for a refund because there is no "money-back guarantee" as they claim. The reason I'm writing to the BBB is to let others know that they're getting away with scamming people. It was my fault for failing to inspect before purchasing. Their marketing campaign is so convincing that I did not even bother to double-check. And I want others to know this so they wont be conned too.
