    Pacermonitor has been overcharging to retrieve court documents at a rate of $5.50 per document. I have been charged a total of $371. I did not realize I was being overcharged until I checked pacer.gov.The price comparison showed that each document only costs between $0.30 and $0.70. I feel that this is an unethical business practice and that I have been ripped off. I have emailed to request a refund for the majority of the charges.

    2019.PacerMonitor used a trademark name, aka, my name that has a serial number, without my consent or permission.This is unauthorized usage of a federally protected entity and therefore subject to copyright infringement.

    PaceMonitor has a case that I am involved in on ****** search. I am a small business owner in my hometown and having this come up in a ****** search of me is bad for business and myself in general.
