    This business advertises on the internet that they are a training company for security guards and offered a $52 course. I purchased one and have not received any course so I disputed with my bank after reaching out to the company and not receiving any answer. Then I showed up the the facility because they have an address and there was no representatives on site at that address as if theyve never been there. Their facility isnt even in the building address directory. After a whole 3 days later I get a email from a representative ****** **** telling me if I withdraw my dispute she would refund me. I explained to her that I cannot withdraw my dispute and then she went into uproar. She constantly became hostile and started accusing me of making a mistake when my information was autofilled without any errors. She then in return tried to forge evidence which detailed that I received and and made careless mistakes with the dates on that same forged email. When I pointed out that that email was incorrect and null she made it clear to me she is not going to comply with my refund after all out of bitterness and disappointment that I did not fall for her forged email evidence. She then stopped answering my emails.

    I am writing to file a complaint about a business, Knight Training Institute, ********. On January 17, ****, I ordered the 8 Hour ***************** Training from KTI for $52. The online course scheduled for January 18, **** at 9:00a.m. never took place. I would like a refund.
