    I purchased a course last year form Marie Forleo and never received the * School program. I paid a total of $1,434.00 for a course that I never got to see or experience. I made several attempts to contact online support letting them know that I did not have access to the program. I asked to cancel and they would not refund my money or give me access to the program. I really wish that companies like this who hire staff properly trains them on how to create an experience for their customer/clients. I am beyond disappointed and now I am out of $1,434.00. If this is how this company operates business, it is definitely not run with integrity and that is beyond disappointing!

    I have to echo ********* experiences also reviewed here. Don't sign up for the Time Genius Program unless you want to pay for nothing more than to say you took one of ***** Forleo's programs.
    When you complain to their customer service, they pat you on the head and tell you that your complaint can't be valid because everyone else has received such a high value from the program (therefore your experience by default should be stellar too).
    Time Genius is overpriced ($1500 or $1700 depending on which option you choose) considering all you get are 5 pre recorded modules from ***** with a worksheet for each video to answer the questions she wants you to answer. Plus a list of resources from other authors/mentors you can go check out in all that time you don't have which is why you came to this program. That's it.
    This program is misrepresented in the marketing as a live event. The "live" experience is nothing more than everyone doing the program at the same time. (and none of us got to talk to each other either for support). The live "coaches" do not give you one-on-one help except to answer your comments on the videos with preformed responses. The "live" events are 3 days in a row of ***** repeating live a small amount of what she said in the videos. You don't get to talk to her (unless you are one of the lucky chosen 3) or to any coaches or to any other participants.
    The worst part is the money back guarantee. It seems simple enough--on day two, send in the worksheets for those two days for your money back. (two worksheets-simple, right?) What you aren't told is the first two days are front loaded with 10 videos in the 2 modules, which means 10 worksheets! That's about 6 hours of work to get your money back and if you have a full time job, 100% not achievable. I will go so far as to say the money back guarantee is fraudulent.
    Save your money and your time by reading books by the big names in time management. This program is mostly a compilation of their work.
