In December of 2022 I ordered a lift chair from Jukebox Health. They agreed to deliver it and set it up and remove the old chair on January 16, 2023. They charged my credit card $1,539.94. On the day of delivery the delivery man wanted to leave unassembled chair in the box in front of my front door. I am 63 years old and my husband is disabled. We could not accept the delivery so we refused it. I called Jukebox Health before I refused the delivery and they were not able to fix the situation so I told them I was refusing delivery and cancelling my order. They confirmed to me that the order was canceled. I then called Citi Cards to dispute the charge they placed on my Master Card assuming they would withdraw the charge. They never removed the charge. Staff at Jukebox Health apparently dont know how to remove the charge. They work through a third party whose process they dont seem to understand. Citi cards has informed me that they cannot force a company to withdraw a charge and has threatened to notify credit agencies if I dont pay this charge. *****************************, VP of operations at Jukebox Health was initially helpful in agreeing that I dont owe them money but has not resolved the issue and will not respond to my phone calls and emails.
