      I tried calling you to have my subscription plan cancelled but all I got is recording that keeps saying press one and say staffs name and nothing else to give me options to speak with live representative. This frustrated me so I called the bank to cancel my credit card to prevent it from being recurred.

      Scam tactics to have users spend more money. Unable to reach, live chat doesn't work. Refuses refunds but no where does it state all sales are final. Spent hours and hours following their process with no luck yet their free trial version showed instant results. Then when you purchased the *** plan they only let you go so far in order to have negative search results buried. They claim it takes 2-6 weeks for results but yet free trial showed instant results. If the actual paid version worked the same as free trial I would have been satisfied but it is nothing like that. This is a scheme to scare users into spending more money. I will not recommend this and the marketing used by brandyourself.com is bait and switch tactics. They use appearances on shark tank and the British version to think you are safe using this company. I feel even more unsafe than I did with the negative ****** searches that came up. Would like an entire refund as I have been defrauded and removal of ALL my personal information from their data base.
