    I originally ordered the Radiance One Handset, but I didnt receive it the first time. It had to be reshipped, and by the time it finally arrived, the delay had been so long that I decided to return it unopened. Caresole assured me there would be no issues with the return.I covered the shipping cost to *****, but now the package is stuck in customs, and the company is completely unresponsive. *** agents have been trying to contact them to arrange the return, but despite multiple attemptsincluding numerous emails from methere has been no reply. *** has now informed me that they will likely send the package back to me because the recipient refuses to respond.I feel completely helpless dealing with this seller and would not recommend purchasing from them.

    This company through their site will make multiple charges off one order. They claim to give a discount then later tell you it’s only on your next order which then they charged for two more knee sleeves. I asked them to cancel but they claim they could not. I asked if the sleeves have been sent and I was told there was no way they could tell.
    Please save yourself irritation and look elsewhere

    Everything about this company suggests that it is in the ********* address on their web site is listed as ?the contact info given for this company by the BBB.and they have a U.S. phone number.However, when you request a return, you must ship the item to ******I will paste the email I received below.When I checked with the post office (using the post office and providing a tracking number is required), the postal rate for any sort of envelope or package is in the range of $45.The item I purchased cost about $65, so either way, it wasn't worth doing anything other than asking for the 30% refund.The scam I want to warn others about is that you can definitely return items for a full refund, but you have to return them to *****, which is very costly.

    I purchased ************ on Oct 22 2024. The advertizing did not mentioned " not to use if the person has heart diseases which is my case. I phone and asked about which heart disease and also how to return the item within the 90 days guarenteed. I will visit my Doctor shortly and I will bring the device with me unused. If neede I have the transaction number A copy of this email will be forwarded to PAY Pal.

    Do not buy from Caresole I bought a ************ and it was broken, I sent email asking where do I send this back. Turns out you have to pay the postage to send it to ***** and then send them a tracking number. I had to pay $70.00 to mail it back, still waiting to see it on my **** statement, to this date nothing!!

    More like a zero stare rating! Ordered some insoles in a large size, when received I found out the were 2 too short. I then contacted Carrsole Support and was told that I ordered the largest size available ( what a joke!) and 1) I could get 30% refund and keep the insoles that were 2 too short. Or 2) ship return to ***** ( was shipped to me from **, **) , I would have to pay return postage to *****. Well this just seemed like a scam, ship something that dont work and offer only 30% refund or go through the hassles of shipping back to *****. This is a company that will absolutely not get any business from me. In fact China can keep their crap!

    No stars from me. ***** all the other customer reviews I have read. I ordered their plantar facitis foot wraps; 1 pair. The order finally came weeks after I ordered and did not work at all as was advertised.And yes if you want to return the product, you pay shipping and it needs to be returned to ******** NOT ORDER FROM CARESOLE!

    They are a scam company. Bought a radiance one productsaid it was a money back guarantee. When I called the customer support number it put me on hold for a few minutes and then hung up. This happened about 10 times, not exaggerating. After 3 emails they finally answered me and gave me a ridiculous sounding address in ******* printed return slip, you pay for the expensive shipping. Im afraid Ill never get my $158 back so Im keeping the thing. Do not buy from Caresole!!

    I read online reviews for their knee brace and placed an order on 8/27. I received an automated confirmation of the order however I saw on my credit card I was double charged. I also have not heard anything about whether or not the product has shipped. I tried calling on 9/3 to flag the double charge and check my order. I was on hold, someone picked up and before I could speak, hung up. Happened 3 more times. So I sent an email same day outlining the double charge, the hang *** and not having received any notice that the product was shipped. So I requested they cancel my order. Still no response. Called today, 9/6, and was on hold, call was picked up and I was disconnected again before anyone spoke. My sense is that this is not a legitimate business and based on reviews I hope the BBB does something about it.

    This company is not to be trusted BEWARE they take your money give you a fake tracking number with no phone number or address for the courier then fail to deliver and ignore all phone calls and emails. I paid $149.00 for a radiance1 and paid for Expedited Shipping ($9.95) 1 $9.95. The tracking number was issued which showed item had arrived in my country ********* but no attempt was made to deliver it and the tracking details were not updated until it was supposedly returned to sender undelivered. The 24 hour customer support telephone number doesnt answer and despite many emails being sent no response received from company. ******. I intend to report them for fraudulent activity if a refund is not given immediately Date of experience: August 07, 2024
