    I placed an order #********* on January 31. The packing slip said the return policy was 30 days. I contacted Champion for return instructions and they said they couldn't accept returns for orders placed prior to February 1. They don't have visibility into orders placed prior to then. They said they sent an email to customers in mid-January to inform them, but I wasn't a customer so I didn't get an email. If the company changed ownership and knew this would happen, they should not have accepted any orders during that time, or they should have made it very clear prior to order submission that the order was not returnable. I am willing to return the items or get a receipt for a donation - whichever the company prefers. Either way, I want a refund. Thank you.
