      We purchased 3 of the Adult Sightseeing FlexPass Pick ********** from CitySights NY on 2/9/2020 prior to the start of COVID-19 pandemic. The total amount that we spent was $343.44. These passes expire if unused, but we were able to get the expiration date extended to 5/25/2022 and then again to 12/31/2022 by contacting customer service. We were told that we would be able to extend the expiration date again if necessary.We're finally planning on traveling to ******** in summer 2023, but now we're unable to get the expiration date of the passes extended. I called the customer service number listed on the ********************** website, but they weren't able to help me. I've also tried emailing CitySights NY and Sightseeing Pass many times using all of the contact methods I could find, but I've never received a response.We just don't want to lose the $343.44 that we spent on passes that we haven't been able to use yet. We're fine with having the expiration date extended again, having new passes issued, getting a credit or voucher to purchase new passes, or being refunded. The order number was **********, and the pass numbers are ****************, ****************, and ****************.
