      Hello. My daughter and I purchased tickets for ******** in December. We showed up 30 minutes prior to our assigned rink time. It took 45 minutes to get in. Then, we waited in line for skates. Then the first locker we purchased didnt work, so I lost money on that, so I needed to get another one. Then, as we were headed to the rink to start skating, the rink was shut down for 45 minutes to bring out the Zamboni. I notified a supervisor that we couldnt wait the 45 minutes to skate because we needed to head to the airport. The supervisor took down our confirmation number and promised a refund. However, a refund was never issued. Multiple emails to the two public Wollman Rink emails were not responded to. I am filing a complaint due to false promises and the amount of waiting needed to get into the rink. I would like a refund for my session.

      We bought 12pm timed Ice Skating tickets for December 29th, 2022 for $80.We arrived early for our appointed time and were surprised to see a line ***************************************************************************************************************************** line, which we did but it did not move or advance in the 30mins we waited.We had timed the skate session along with other events in the city and ultimately had to leave the line and continue with our day, leaving the tickets unused.There were lots of frustrated families in line, some of which had to leave like we did.I feel this is an unethical business strategy. You are encouraged to *********** of admission for your skate and there is no intention on the part of Wollman Rink to honor that commitment. There is no line for advance tickets, no line for specific timed sessions. No communication from the staff and worst of all we were told no refunds.This is a landmark attraction that does an injustice to *** and the unwitting visitors that come to enjoy the rink.

      I purchased on-line, on November 28, 2022, two ice skating tickets along with two skate rentals for Saturday December 3, 2022, totaling $70 from Wollman rink website. When I arrived to the rink, the rink was closed due to light rain. The website stated that I would be refunded. I have emailed Wollman rink and have not received a response nor a refund. No live person answers their phone. My order number is #******

      Wollman rink is offering a $10 Pilates class on Saturday mornings and is selling tickets. The classes have NEVER taken place. The staff at the rink have no clue why the attendees are there, there is no notification that the class is cancelled and they are not returning peoples money! I recommend you check social media. They wont respond to emails. They are literally stealing from people.

      At this time, my complaint, ID ******** regarding Wollman Rink has been resolved. After making the complaint they started holding the classes (which people were paying for)
