      I placed an order ************ and it was delivered to a *** access point and when I opened it there was hundreds of LIVE ANTS in the box. I put it in a bag and put it outside by the trash and called *** they would not return it back and said to call merchant- after 5 calls with them including managers and was told that I need to stick my hands in the bugs to take pictures and when I said that I am not touching anything with live bugs in it an it was beyond disgusting they told me that it was not their problem. I spoke to *** and they said they came out but would not look in a bag with live bugs either. Told company I was contacting you and they said good that it was not their problem. Have also contacted my credit card company
