    I emailed the company at the email address provided on their website on 2/14/2025. I also submitted an inquiry from their "contact us" page on their website. I asked a simple question about another site that sells their products. I wanted to know if the site was an authorized seller prior to purchasing. I then DM the company via instagram on 2/18/2025 about the same question and I was told to email them. I responded that I did email with no response. They responded with "i've contacted our customer service team + it looks like we are experiencing a high volume of inquiries. a representative will be with you as soon as possible." Till now (3/5/2025) I have not received a response. Not even an acknowledgement via email. At this point I'm not concerned with the lack of response and more concerned with how they handle any order issues via email. This completely turned me off from ordering which is a shame because I smelled the Dark rum scent from a friend and was instantly in love.

    I bought 5 more than lips for my family from Malin+Goetz website. I paid 18 dollars quick 2days shipping including and my lips order which were totally *****. There are no any information from the company warehouse email when they have been shipped.So I called the websites costumer service by my own phone yesterday (12/20 on Wednesday and it passed the delivery date 5days), the service just told me they had been delivered on last week Saturday (12/16) and they just gave me my order tracking number after I questioned. NO CONTACT, NO SHIPPING and DELIVERY EMAILS, NOBODY CALLED and NO ANY CONFORMATIONS during this time. At the least from today, I clearly know that I lost my order because of their terrible reason.I find my apartment lobby they told me that didnt clearly know what happened. and it was passed 5 days because of the company didnt send any informations about that. So I cant find my order by myself. Thats very important for me. By the way, after I called the service yesterday and today is second day, I cant find them. The service telephone number************* didnt work. And nobody respond my email.There are two requirements by myself:1. PLEASE send my order again. Because I payment 18 dollars for the quick shipping and refund me 18dollars fee for the shipping because it passed more days even let me lost my package.Or 2. Cancel and immediately refund my order which is totally has ***** values including 18 dollars quick shipping free Looking forward to your response.
