    Great online experience. Shipping is always timely and orders have always been received without damage. Product availability is typically very good.

    Orders have always arrived faster than expected. When shipping damaged one, customer service was truly outstanding: they were helpful, responsive, and quickly replaced the damaged item. They are very helpful with technical suggestions, such as who makes an HDMI extender for my TV.

    As a long-time audio and electronics nut, Vidlogix has become my absolute go-to online electronics and audio store. Service is world-class, reviews are excellent, prices are reasonable, and did I mention service is world-class? There are 2 or 3 corporations in the world where when I call customer service, I get a smile on my face while waiting to be connected because I know my problem will be solved quickly, efficiently, and to my satisfaction. Vidlogix is at the top of the list. Ive bought high-quality audio equipment from them, the shipping (which is eco-friendly with their own in-house compostable packing peanuts!!!) is almost always ahead of schedule, returns are quick to process, and quality is exceptional. Even if prices are higher than Amazon or bargain basement shopping, Ill purchase from Vidlogix because I can just call and talk to one of their service workers about any problem I have with my setup, regardless of whether every component was purchased at Vidlogix. Just a joy to work with, and absolutely my first stop for *************** purchase,
