We bought a Generac battery from them for Solar panels. The battery has not worked properly in months and they will not return calls. If they can not fix the battery I would like to be reimbursed. I have given plenty of time to get a response. My solar panels are useless due to them installing battery incorrect.

09/17 our power surged then resulted in ** losing power. We have been without power for 4 days. ****** called me back once and advised that a tech would be scheduled. On Day 2 I attempted to follow up. I have called ******, the business, and messaged on ******** every day and no response. We can't cook, wash our clothing, take a hot shower, nor do we have A/C while it is over 90 degrees outside. I lost my clutch of duck eggs on my farm during this fiasco which were incubating in my home. So now I am losing money as well.

I purchased a Generac powercell solar battery back up from Array of solar, with 6 batteries, long story short, aside from the continued cancellations and no shows to install the system , and out of box, failure on equipment, when they finally installed the equipment, they where 2 batteries short, these batteries cost over 2 thousand dollars each , and they assured me they would be installed, with in a couple of weeks, they have now not responded to my calls or emails for over 2 months, even though the last correspondence, asked what days i would be home, so they could schedule the install.. i responded, and they have never replied again... at this point, i feel they have stolen my money ( all payments **** made on the day of installation, as i thought they had all the equipment) as a matter of point, they never told me they only installed 4 Batteries only, i guess they thought i would not notice..
