  I left deeply disappointed by my experience. The business promoted a record fair, but when I arrived, the door was locked and no one was there—no signage, no update. Completely unprofessional and poorly managed. This lack of communication reflects broader issues. The owner, ******, seemed disorganized and unprepared, and staff lacked basic training. No one could answer questions about food allergies—an alarming safety risk. Staff members were visibly confused, arguing in front of customers, and the space felt neglected. Cleanliness and hygiene were clearly not priorities. I was charged $54 for a bottle of Unified Ferments tea that retails for $28. When I asked why, the response was, “That’s just what we sell it for.” I have the credit card receipt to confirm. If the bottle isn’t meant for retail sale or includes a markup, that should be made clear on the menu or signage. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the volume from the store’s speakers was painfully loud—enough to leave my ears ringing. Seating was cramped, with people packed tightly together and little room to move. In such close quarters, poor ventilation and noticeable body odor made the environment uncomfortable. Additionally, I observed unclean towel use, drinks placed carelessly, and staff dressed inappropriately for a food service space. These are serious concerns in any establishment, but especially one presenting itself as a thoughtful, community-focused venue. Unfortunately, this business lacks the organization, cleanliness, and integrity that customers deserve. For a better experience, I recommend supporting nearby businesses that prioritize professionalism and transparency
