    For months Spa Jolie has been making charges to my credit cards for services that I never receive or under the premise of a PACKAGE purchase that is then reduced in number and quality post purchase.They keep deliberately poor customer records in a confusing format so as to always have plausible deniability whenever a 6 treatment package suddenly reduces to 3 treatments after a single appointmentor how a treatment that is supposed to include multiple components suddenly includes only one (i.e. a facial that includes deep pore cleansing and deep moisturizing as part of a 6 package deal suddenly only includes one part of that and being greatly reduced in number or disappeared altogether after a couple of uses).None of their receipts are itemized, so when you ASK for a receipt it displays no details of what was actually paid for. Spa Jolie has done this on my Bank of America credit card which I have had to shut down after they made multiple fraudulent charges on it under a different cosmetic company namethat was difficult to track to them at the time even though this is the only spa-related purchases Ive made since 2020. They have also made these charges on my USAA credit card which i have had to replace over this issue.The claims for services never received also do not include the many *****, foot fungus and skin discoloration and hyperpigmentation that resulted from the carelessness of technicians that were administering these treatments, who would then offer a separate procedure to correct the issues they themselves had created. Despite the multiple times I asked for different technicians to work these treatments (because of the ***** and bruises I had sustained), they would insist that I continue to work with the same people, going so far as to make a better technician (like ******) suddenly unavailable after they had let me know that they had the time. I believe this maneuvering was intended to cause blemishes for profit and they cycle the same techs.
