  This company has on multiple occasion jerked around with my anti seizure medication by refusing to refill the prescription after they canceled two appointments. It has been medically proven that when Im off the medication I will have a seizure. If this issue isnt resolved completely by tomorrow and I mean completely so this NEVER happens. I will be pressing legal action. This is absolutely unacceptable.

  I was told to come in to be seen by doctor **************************** I met with her and she made appointments to get two test done in the ********* office: *********************************************************** Now I cannot even reach them to get my test results nor a follow up. This is ridiculous.

  I am being refused services because they need to change their tax id with the insurance. Instead they want me to do it and I am a patient. They want me to make the changes for them. My doctor already submitted the referral, but they wont take it anymore because they changed their tax id. So now I cant get my test results, not follow up. I tried calling to get the tax id changed but a manager that handles referrals in my doctors office explained that this doctors office should be handling it themselves and contacting the insurances. Then the lady said, why are they changing tax id every couple of months? Is not like they are constantly moving. The thing is I, the patient should not be responsible for this.

  This business should be out of business! There is only one decent doctor there, ****** and one front desk person who does her job, ******. They make appointments fir twice s many people as they can service and then you have to wit for at lest 2 hours to be seen. They will hear you out, send you to every possible test your insurance would cover and then you never hear from them as far as results. Trying to reach anyone on the one is pretty fruitless- might take you a week dialing all day long till someone just take your message and promise for a doctor to contact you. Dont hold your breath for that call- once your insurance has been charged, you become a person of no interest to them. They are so unprofessional that when I finally got a call back, the doctor asked Why am I calling you? And when I requested my test results, After phone on hold for 20 minutes, he said we have no results, you need to redo the test. Reluctantly, I had but 3 weeks later, still didnt get a result. Same no response from the customer service or a doctor. Will never go back- Shame on everyone calling themselves doctors in this sham establishment!
