    I recently downloaded the ElevenLabs Text-to-Speech app from the Apple App Store to test it. After only 30 minutes of use, I realized the quality was not what I expected, and I had no intention of keeping the subscription. Unfortunately, I missed the cancellation window and was charged $96 for a full year.This charge is simply unfair. Even if I had liked the app, I would never have chosen an annual plan. The fact that I was locked into one without my clear consent feels like a trap.I tried requesting a refund from the App Store, but it was denied. ElevenLabs then told me they cannot help because the purchase was processed by *****. I feel like I am being passed back and forth without anyone taking responsibility.I am not asking for something unreasonable. I even offered a compromise: switch me to a monthly plan, charge me for just one month, and let me cancel. I am more than willing to pay for that.What I cannot accept is being punished with a year-long subscription for a product I will not and cannot use. I ask ***** and ElevenLabs to please do the right thing and issue a refund.
