      On April 25 2023 at around 1:15 PM I tried to unsubscribe from the email list of this country from an unwanted email that I received. The unsubscribe link in the email was broken, and when I tried to sign in to delete my account and remove my information from their database there was no way to do this. After searching ****** I found that to "deactivate" my account I had to fill out a form, which I did, but I have no option of removing my information from their database. I would like my information removed.

      Hi BBB Team,

      Thank you for bringing this complaint to our attention. We cross-referenced the details in the complaint with our records and are able to confirm that we received a delete user request from *************************** on 04/25/24 at 1:12pm EST. Within 48 hours of the request, the account was deleted. I've attached the email communication confirming the deletion of the account. 

      In regards to the unsubscribe feature mentioned in the complaint, our system shows that while the account was unsubscribed from email newsletters as requested, however other self-managed notification settings had not been turned off and thus resulted in ******* still receiving emails. As a job marketing platform, we offer our users the option to customize the communication and notifications they receive from us, which can be turned on and off.
