      In July of 2022, I sent a moving van to pick up stored items from the Time Moving and Storage ** where they were storing items from my late husband's office. The warehouse was in N.J. When the truck arrived at the home where I was moving them into the garage I saw that two of the items weren't mine. One was a piece of art and the other was a sleeve of chairs. I immediately called my contact at Time Moving and she said she would look into it. *************************** of Time Moving has been "looking into it" ever since. I have repeatedly called and emailed. She always requested patience and one time told me that the warehouse was moved and so it would take more time to look for my things. What is missing is a 6' x6' piece of art (the dealer who sold it to my husband remembers hanging it in the office) and some desk chairs with wheels. I don't care about the chairs--but I would love to have the art (and another piece that *** have been in the same packaging--returned. At the same time I have been housing someone else's stuff in my garage since that time--and presumably whoever these items belong to--has also been paying Time Moving for their storage. I am going to be disposing of them through Junkluggers this weekend. The reason for the delay has been my hope that **** was telling the truth and was really looking for my things--but I no longer believe that and would like to know definitively that my stuff is missing, sent to another person, or what?? Not only did I pay for the storage for many years, but I also paid to have the items (including the ones that aren't mine) brought to the loading dock and then paid for the movers to cart them to my home.
