I procured the services of Boxie 24 to pick up and store a Nest Bedding mattress and solid oak bedframe for 6 months. Contract began 12/02/2024. For first 3 months at ***** and after 3 months at ******. At the end of 5 months I scheduled a return of goods for $150. Apparently they charged an extra $25 for one very short flight of stairs because I had an invoice of 175 with no breakdown of cost and a charge of $194 with no evidence of what the extra $20 was. When my items left, my mattress was in a waterproof zip up protector and a heavy duty plastic mattress bag (I have receipts of all packing materials). The frame was cover with foam wrap and shrink wrapped in plastic. You can imagine my surprise when they knocked on my door with the mattress no longer in the plastic bag and the zipper protector half way unzipped. The mattress was wet, stained and smelling musty. The half zipped case had ***** stains all along one side of it, black tire marks and something that looked like oil stains. On the feet of the bed frame was what appeared to be black liquid stains that had seeped into the wood and several spot where it looked like black paint had been spilled. The delivery guy himself said that mattress was unusable. I immediately called and the coordinator apologized profusely and said he would pass it along to his superiors. Ive received no phone call-they hide behind emails and are not accepting responsibility saying it wasnt properly packaged which is a gross lie. They are unresponsive. I currently do not have a bed -I am on disability from injury and cant afford a new one. Im seeking $1900 for the bed and mattress and ****** for storage and drop off fee due to negligent storage in poor conditions . I would appreciate anything you could do to help me with this situation.Customer Answer

We used this company to move a bed from one location to another. We thought that everything had gone well until we arrived at the location a week later only to discover that our bed was missing a support leg and that all the bed frame has become warped. We tried contacting the company and received no reply. We also tried to reach through the app that we booked them through. We were told that the app was unable to come to any agreement on how to rectify the situation with them. We finally managed to get hold of them over the phone today, unfortunately they have no want to rectify the situation at all.Customer Answer

Last year in in April of 2023 Boxie24 charged my Chase account $174.65 for their monthly storage fees. That caused me to incur an INSF fee. In order to reverse the fee chase said they had to reverse the charge. I spoke to their current rep working there at that time & explained the situation. He said I would have to make the payment on another card before he could reverse it. I made that payment on my TD card. Document included. Boxie24 had the nerve to claim I never made the payment and charged my Navy Federal account for the same amount. I sent them the proof of payment from my ******* acct. Yet they keep saying the fees were reversed on the Chase acct, while refusing to acknowledge the payment made for the same month from my ******* account. Now they've STOLEN that same payment from another bank. I want my $174.65 they STOLE back. Or, they add that my next future payment.Customer Answer

I signed up for storage and 3/18/2022 they came and picked up my items and took it there storage. So it arrived on 3/10/2022 and said they would charge every month on the 10th of the month $167.63 the sent me a invoice and it was drawn out on the 10th. In the mean time covid i have moved etc. The issue started when i asked could i change my due date to the 15th i got a new job etc. They did not immediately respond. I asked again and they raised my storage to ****** in march . No one ever notified me of a change or increase . In august i noticed it increased again with no mention and in September 2023 its increased again to ****** no mention of price increase and i also noticed its charging more often. So i reached out again to see if it can be changed to the 15th. They tell me payments are now due every *************************************************************************** writing that says this. I was told they don't have a signed contract or one they can provide about the increase or the every 20 days. Now as of 4 days ago i cannot log in to make a payment. I used Boxie24 storage from March 15, 2022 till June 17, 2022. They picked up my items from my apt at ******************************************************* and moved them to their storage. I was told that my items were going to be stored in a safe room with a selected size (I attached website description with secure rooms) however, I learned later on that (movers who picked up my items from the storage took a photo and sent to me-attached), they keep everything in a warehouse next to each other with no lock, security etc. I was in the process of moving from ** to ** and in the meantime, while I was searching for my permanent place in **, I trusted this company and put my entire apt in their storage.When my items were delivered by the moving company to my new place in ** on June 17, 2022, I had 6-7 boxes that were missing (I have proof of what was picked up from my apt and what was delivered by the movers). I labeled my boxes with the items in them and my most valuable boxes are stolen/lost during storage. Boxes labeled with kitchen electronics and electronics are gone. My camera with personal photos in it is also stolen. In a new state, I was left out with the things I needed the most, kitchen items, computer monitor for work, expensive electronics etc. I had to and still have to buy everything again. The items I collected over the years from travels are also gone. This company claimed no responsibility for the items that got stolen due to their failure to keep them safe and failure to provide the storage condition they claim on their website and email. (Boxie Storage location where Pick Up Occured: ************************************************************************************ want a refund for the worth of stolen items for $6,001.40; for storage charges: $685.63 and additional refund for failure to provide the promised service and the trouble I have been exposed to buy this company. In addition, my personal camera with my photos is also stolen.Customer Answer
