    I emailed the following to ******** subscription department twice (July 1st and July 16th, 2024) with no reply:"I did not authorize (knowingly) a June 2024 $69 charge on the **** ending in ***** I enjoy Laphams Quarterly & was saddened by the hiatus of the print publication, but I am not interested in more digital/email missives and I am not in a position to make a donation. I did not complain when I never received the print issues the previous year, but this "renewal" seems very inappropriate, in light of cessation of print issues.I would like a refund of this $69 Thank you very much,***********************"

    I requested a cancellation of my magazine subscription to Lapham's Quarterly on 10/03/23.I was told that I would receive a refund of $111.41 via check within 8 weeks.It is now April 14, 2024 and I have yet to receive the refund.My account number with them was *********** I have contacted them around a dozen times, beginning on 12/19/23, so around ten weeks after cancelling, and most recently on March 11, 2024.Most of the emails were to customer service, the last couple were to subscription department. At first they seemed cooperative and willing to solve the issue, but I realized after the third or fourth email that I was just getting the runaround.They keep saying that they are looking into it but nothing is happening.The last couple times I emailed them I was pretty much blown off. It has now been 5 and a half months and no word. My last couple attempts at contacting them have gone ignored.From what I've seen online from other people, this seems to be their usual way of doing business. I can only assume that their plan is to ignore me and wait until I give up so that they can keep my money. I am contacting you in hopes that you can help resolve this and get them to refund my money. I am attempting to include screenshots of all of the emails. Hopefully they load properly.
