    I highly suggest not anyone applying for the customer service position at ********************** *********, **! Now I see why this facility has such a low rating! I started on Tuesday July 8th and was let go of on July 11th without an explanation. I was completely left alone on Thursday which was my third day on the job, because the Director was unable to come in. What kind of circus are they running?! It is know wonder this facility is a revolving door! I am the 5th person that this happen to in a short period of time!

    After hiring and training, it became clear that she could not pick up the responsibilities of this position. This position is to answer phone calls and relay to customers information about pricing and availability of swim lessons. She could not give them simple information which she had on the paperwork in front of her. Even though she was in the office alone for one day, the supervisor was available to give her assistance via phone and email.
