    I tried solving this with the business directly but they arent being responsive or responsible. I brought it over 10 items in February of 2022 for zipper replacement (and wider zippers). In March, they still hadnt ordered the zippers. April and may passed and the same. In **** they received the zippers and replaced them but did not widen the zipper which was the purpose of my replacing them in the first place (to give myself an inch more room). This cost me $290. I brought the items back in and explained they just needed to widen them as I had asked and this was my summer wardrobe. Twice a week Id check in and it hasnt been addressed. In august, I picked it all up and went around the corner to express tailoring on ************ and they did it in two days for $350, replacing the zippers with better ones and writing clear notes so they did it right. I cant get orchard tailor to refund the $290 or apologize in any real way, just arguments about the amount and putting me off more. It is not my first or second or third time having them do something wrong or only half of what I came for but I had been patient all the other times, just not willing to not have a summer wardrobe and felt February to **** was long enoigh to give them. Its a shame because ***** who works there occasionally is very nice and helpful and writes proper notes of what you want done but ****** is the opposite and doesnt seem to care of you are upset or waiting. If I could give no stars at this point I would. At best, I have gotten my clothing back in three months done mostly properly and for a little less than a better place around the corner, but at worst they lose an item and cant find it (happened twice) or just dont do what you came there for. Be warned. It isnt worth the small savings.
