    I did purchase computer services from this company in November 2019., for LIFETIME SUPPORT AND SECURITY. In June of 2020 I was told that I had damage to my computer and needed an update which was an additional $1,000.00. I refused to pay. I have received repeated notices that I owe additional funds. This latest states:" This email is just to let you know that your security subscription has expired and as you have already applied for the automatic renewal. The same will be done within 3 business days with an automatic deduction of $4965.00 from your charge card or from your bank account and this will be renewed after every year. We recommend you to please call us as soon as possible on XXXXXXXXX. Otherwise, $4965.00 will be deducted and won't be refunded back at all. Because we have the legal document from you. We will forward that to your bank and your charge card company. we expect your immediate response."I responded as follows:"I am disturbed by these repeated attempts to coerce and collect funds to which your organization is not entitled to. I have previously notified your organization that I would not participate in any activities or services you provide. I have also previously notified your organization to CANCEL any account that they claim exists. I am again, hereby, notifying your organization to CANCEL ANY AND ALL ACCOUNTS IN MY/MY COMPANY'S NAME. I WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY FURTHER FUNDS AND I WILL DISPUTE ANY AND ALL ATTEMPTS TO COLLECT FURTHER AMOUNTS. I am also notifying the Better Business Bureau of your underhanded and/or possibly illegal attempts to coerce and collect funds to which your organization is not entitled to."
