Kaseya purchased a company called ******* which I have a 3 year contract with. They call multiple times a week trying to sell something.I've asked verbally and in writing for the calls to stop.I blocked their number from my office phone and they started to call my cellphone.I blocked them from my cellphone and sent an email asking for harassment to stop and the rep began to send me text messages.Followed by endless emails and calling daily./Two of the numbers you can see in my screenshots are *********************9 and **********. I can probably find additional numbers of them trying to get through.I want to be absolved from my contract and never to be bothered by them again.Worth noting, all my numbers are on the do not call list.

    Dear ************:

This is to acknowledge receipt of ******** BBB Complaint No. ******** filed by ******************************* (Complainant).  As an initial matter, Kaseya US, LLC does not sell consumer products or services. Kaseya sells IT solutions to businesses (B2B) ONLY  Accordingly, Kaseya does not believe that this complaint properly resides in the Consumer Assistance Unit because it does not involve the sale of goods or services to a consumer as the services that are the subject of this complaint were contracted in the name of BIG CITY IT, a ******* limited liability company.  Additionally, the ******* Secretary of State shows that the Complainant is a member (owner) of BIG CITY IT, LLC.

A diligent search of our records shows no contractual dispute with BIG CITY IT and it appears that this complaint arises from Complainants personal discontent with unwanted calls.  Please know, Complainants telephone number is on Kaseyas internal Do Not Call list which will remove Complainant from receiving marketing telephone calls and emails; however, BIG CITY IT cannot be removed from product or account-related emails during the term of the contract, which is permissible under US law.

In conclusion, we suggest that the BIG CITY IT contact its account manager at Kaseya to discuss the additional contractual issue(s) involved in this complaint, which we trust will be successfully addressed.

    Thank you.
