      On March 20 and March 25 *** attempted an ACH withdrawal from my checking account for ******. My bank immediately called me as this transaction was out of the ordinary for my account. My bank suggested I call *** and notify them that I was not a customer. First ****** I reached was not helpful and said to resolve issue with my bank. After consulting my bank again we discussed what information I could safely give this company to resolve this issue. The gentleman took my information and said he would turn it over to accounting department but failed to ask for my phone number. So I dont anticipate a response. I do not have a landline and do not own a business. I have been retired for 5 years and have no need of the services this company provides w

      After receiving this complaint, our ************* team immediately reached out to **** two times on April 15th and April 16th by phone and by email. On April 17th, BCM Ones customer care team was able to get in contact with ****, who stated that she was able to resolve the problem with her bank and did not need anything from BCM One at that time.

      Not only has my BCM One landline phone bill (which didn't even handle local or regional calls) tripled since Sept., but the company continues to bill me despite the fact that my landline has been dead since September 29th when *** was deluged by a torrential downpour! I've complained by e-mail a few times, but BCM continues to drain money out of my bank account ... even though my phone line is still silent! [I was finally able to re-connect my old phone line thru the internet (*****) a wk. ago]. And despite the fact that my phone line (a landline) was totally dead, i.e. silent, inactive and with absolutely no dial tone, making it impossible for me to even receive phone calls, yet alone make phone calls since September 29th .... my bills from ***** tripled from $6.509 to 20! And I can't help but find it more than a coincidence that this all started not soon after one of the wealthiest companies or should I say banks in the ****** *************** took over *****'s billing process. P.S. I have filled out at least one or 2 disconnect form requests, but they refuse to acknowledge it! I do have documentation BTW

      Our apologies for the delayed response, but we just recently received this complaint. Our team researched this account and found that the disconnect request was received on December 12, 2023 and services were disconnected within 30 days, in accordance with our terms and conditions. Additionally, our team did find that the account was inadvertently double billed for the Infrastructure Governance Fee, which added $4.95 to the invoice in January and February 2024. Wed be happy to arrange a refund should you wish.  Please email ******************************** if you would like to arrange a refund of the $9.90 overpayment.
