      I canceled service months ago via email which is how they communicate with me. The sent me bill for charges for after I canceled services. I called and they said I could not cancel via email though they looked at my email while on phone and told me I could not cancel via email. I was told they would cancel it to resolve issue while on phone. They continue to send threatening notices.. I paid them what I used but refuse to pay them for service for after I canceled it. How can they communicate with me via email but ignore what I send them via email even though they admited that on 2/7/25 phone call that they saw and read cancelation email.

      I called the company on December 6to cancel my subscription as I could not do that online, and upon receiving an email from them that informed me I needed to call by phone. The representative informed that that she had canceled ny subscription and that I would receive an email confirming this. I did not receive any email. I called on January 7, but got voicemail which is full and not accepting messages. I have just called this morning and now, the message is that customer support is closed. The only option online is to pay my bill. There is no option online to cancel my subscription.

      This is an Voip phone service which I paid annually for home phone service. The phone line dead since 03/15/2024. I have tried to contact several times, and the response was the same, such as: need to further investigation and they create another ticket.

      Service ending the end of September. We paid in 2022 for a year of service. When we got close to our end date, I emailed to see if we could get a discount. When they didn't get back to us, we emailed stated we were no longer interested. We received a response that they couldn't cancel over email, however, our service was cut off and our account was made inaccessible. I tried calling but always missed their contact hour times. I also sent several emails asking for them to contact me. We paid under $100 for the year last year and now they say we owe $62 for the two months that we haven't been using it- we disconnected the phone because they disconnected the service and our account was disabled online. While on the phone with customer service, she hung up on me after refusing to give me her name.

      A supervisor contacted me the day I filed the complaint and said don't worry about it, just send the equipment back.  This was the first request for the equipment.  We sent in the equipment in late November but still received a past due notice dates December 4.

      stopped service two years ago and they are still billing they would not stop without return of hardware hardware returned then would not transfer phone number without 'active' account then never stopped billing (and I didn't notice my bad)my bank has to dispute the complaint every month crooked operation they keep sending me: We Want You Back solicitations and at the same time continue to bill for last two years without providing anything but irritating advertisements do not use ITP VOID thanks

      I was a customer of this company for 13 years, paying bills on time without complaint. Service was fine. Recently, the company' s phone modem burned out and would no longer power on. (I was fortunate it did not lead to a larger electrical issue.) As this was a 13-year old piece of electronics that was entirely non-functional, I discarded the equipment. Only later when I tried to cancel the account did I learn that the merchant would not let me remove my credit card information or cancel the account without calling them, and when I called them they told me I needed to return the broken modem. As I had discarded it, they charged me $99.99 for the device -- a device which was from 2010 and broken! I called them to dispute this fine print in their "no hidden fee" "no contract" service and they finally offered to cut the fee to $50. I said I would like to discuss it further with their billing **** and they said they would call me back. They never did and simply charged me the full amount. I called them back again to follow up and they said the $50 fee was no longer on offer and they would not negotiate.Now look, I get it, these companies make money on fine print like this and it was my mistake to discard the broken equipment. But they could have been more reasonable - $20 say - or at least not rescinded their original offer of 50/50 after not even calling me back. Bad business practices.
