I have made MULTIPLE attempts to cancel my subscription. I have filled out multiple cancelation forms and emails to customer support. Not one response from anyone acknowledging my request or confirming the cancellation.Customer Answer

I am trying to cancel my membership with this company and they are ignoring my request and continuing to try to charge their monthly fee. They also have not refunded my $134 payment for medication that I havent received. I have filled out their cancellation form several times exactly how they say you need to do it. I was emailed by 1 of their employees named ****** with an offer of a discount if I stayed as a customer but I said no and again asked for my membership to be cancelled. Communication from him stopped at that point and the company continued to try to charge my card. 05/02/2025 I received a text message from ***** at Hone saying there was a problem with billing and they couldnt process my membership until that was resolved and if I had any questions let them know. I immediately texted back explained that I had filled out their cancellation form cancellation form and to stop trying to charge me. Once again communication immediately ceased from their side. There is a phone number you can call but its only to leave a message which I have and not surprising no response. This seems to be bordering on criminal to just flat ignore my cancellation request continue to try and charge me and not refund money for products not received. This was supposed to be a cancel anytime agreement, there was never a set amount of time the membership lasts.Business Response

I completed Hone's form to request canceling my membership and prescription subscriptions. The first time occurred on or about May 26, 2025. since this time, I have completed the form approximately four times and sent Hone support approximately 2 emails. I was charged on May 30, 2025 for membership fees, even though I have request to cancel numerous times before this. As of today, June 2, 2025, I still have not had any communication from Hone about my requests to cancel my subscriptions. I would like my membership and subscriptions canceled and my payment for June membership returned.Business Response

I was contacted on June 5, 2025, by Hone Health member, ****, via email and telephone. I was informed that my subscriptions would be paused but the account would not be closed to allow for a lab test and exit appointment with a doctor. It appears that my subscriptions have been paused, but I must wait for reimbursement until my account is closed. As of today, I completed my lab draw and am waiting to be able to schedule an appointment with a doctor. I am rejecting this response from the business at this time, as promises were made that will take time to complete. After my final appointment with a doctor, account is closed, and membership reimbursement has occurred, I will be satisfied.
I asked BBB to allow further time for this issue to be resolved and not close my complaint,********* until Hone has followed through. Thank you.

Hone Health let me take the initial blood test and charged my debit card, they requested a follow up payment for care and proceeded to decline my card due to their technical issues, its been month's now and they haven't fixed the problem, basically I've paid them and received nothing in return... I still havent received my order and its been well over a month. Ive had you tell me youre working on it and had no results. Im furious. Im paying you for product and not receiving what was promised. Your customer service line does nothing. *** submitted nearly 10 emails. Ive had 4 different conversations. Youve given me what I need to ensure delivery. Ive gone through the list to make sure I can get it to my pharmacy. When you call back after I submit another request, you give me the exact same info and overtalk customers to maintain control. I understand why you do this as someone who has worked from a script. Your failure to listen to your clients needs and concerns (the flawed customer service department) is nauseating. Im a single father. I do my best to scrape what I can. When I pay someone hundreds of dollars a month only to not receive what Im promised and when I try to come up with a resolution and meet in the middle, only to be given a corporate run around, its extremely disheartening.The repercussions of lack of medication from you is incredibly dangerous. What happens when my hormones end up imbalanced due to lack of medication? What happens when I end up with gynocomastia and severe hormone imbalances that lead to mental illness and physical deformity? I am paying for a subscription to Hone Health ($129 monthly). I was prescribed two medications. Neither of them is being delivered to me as promised. Yet, I continue to be charged a subscription fee. I have emailed them, left phone messages, used the inquiry forms on their website, posted messages in their public forums, etc. no response for weeks. On April 18th I ordered a membership/testing kit online for $60.00 from Hone Health. I then tried to create an account and I received an error messages each time. I asked for help by emailing their support email address on 4/18, 4/20, 4/21, and 4/22. I also called their support hotline on 4/22 and was prompted to leave a voicemail so I did and still no contact from anyone from hone health. I tried changing my password and more error messages. The company processed my $60.00 with no problem however they provided no support and no help as to my account creation issues. After seeing all the complaints on the BBB, Im pretty concerned - if hone health can not offer a customer help to sign up for their service but will take my money and ignore me - then I just want my money back. Ill chose another company that values my interest in them. Request for $60.00 to be returned to my bank account.Business Response

They scheduled me an appointment with a Healthcare provider to review blood work. The appointment was to be completed online via tele-health. I was required to log in 20 minutes prior to the appointment and verify my identity. I tried to verify my identity and hour prior to the appointment, and their website/service wasn't working. I attempted multiple times over and over again to verify my identity over the next HOUR with no luck. Hone provided a number to text if I had problems. I texted it twice. It's been over an hour and still no response. I tried to call customer service with no answer, just an answering machine. Now Hone is going to charge me $50 for not attending the appointment!!!An appointment that due to their failures I could not attend. This company is a scam.
