      ON JANUARY 24TH, 3 FRAUDULENT CHARGES APPEARED ON MY ACCOUNT. MY PURSE IN *****************, INCLUDING MY WALLET, *****, AND SUNGLASSES. WAS STOLEN. I HAD A STORE AGENT CALL THE POLICE AND FOUND MY PURSE BUT MY WALLET, *****, AND GLASSES WERE MISSING. THEY ADVISED THIS HAPPENS A LOT AND NO CHANCE OF RECOVERING THE ***** AS THIS IS COMMON AND FILING THE REPORT WOULD BE POINTLESS SINCE I HAD NO CASH MONEY IN MY WALLET. REGARDLESS I TOOK HIS NAME DOWN. SGT *********************** #******. MY ***** CARRIER PROVIDED ME A NEW ***** KEEPING THE SAME NUMBER. I WAS GRATEFUL FOR THEIR SERVICE. AS SENIOR CITIZEN I WAS UNJUSTLY ACCUSED AND ABUSED BY DISCOVER. I AM ACCOUNTABLE THEREFORE I MADE A REGULAR PAYMENT TO PREVENT NEGATIVE CREDIT REPORTING. I REACHED OUT TO DISCOVER. I FILED A FRAUD CLAIM ON THOSE 3 CHARGES BELOW. THE REVIEWER RESULTS WERE INVALID AND ABUSIVE TO MY OLD AGE. HERE ARE THE REASONS THAT DETERMINED TO THE REVIEWER THESE CHARGES WERE VALID:1) I MADE A PAYMENT- OF COURSE, I MADE A PAYMENT - I DID NOT KNOW THAT KEEPING MYSELF ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE 10K WAS CONSIDERED A SIGN OF ADMISSION BY DISCOVER, HAD I KNOWN I WOULD NOT HAVE MADE A PAYMENT. I WAS TRYING TO PREVENT FURTHER DAMAGE TO MY CR. 2) THE ***** RECEIVED A TEXT, AND IT WAS ACCEPTED. AS I STATED BEFORE MY ***** WAS STOLEN AND REPLACED WITH THE SAME NUMBER. I NEVER SAW SUCH TEXT BECAUSE THE ***** WAS NOT IN MY POSSESSION. 3) BECAUSE I FREQUENT THE SAME STORES- HEB AND ******* ARE THE ONLY GROCERY STORES IN ************DISCOVER ADVISED MAKING ANY PAYMENTS IS A SIGN OF DMISSION THIS IS NOT FRAUD, SO I CAN NOT MAKE PAYMENTS.       I signed up for Amazon Prime streaming which was necessary to stream from certain channels. Once I signed up the next day I canceled because the cost was too high to have to pay Prime and again other steaming channels. Discovery Plus has been charging me from 1/9/2024 monthly and again 2/9/24. 1) Cannot speak to CS refer you to Chat or email. I finally did get a no by searching for sometime and it was a recording stating you had to go to chat, help, email. 2 ) I tried to see how I had inadvertenly signed up for Discovery Plus. When I input my info it states that I don't have an acct. So I cannot cancel. When I read further canceling does not even guarantee it's canceled but have to delete your acct. Makes no sense. 3) They have record of my payments and nothing else. Through correspondence by email after describing my dilemma and requesting a refund (I have not used Discovery Plus ever) it was stated in email that I had to cancel. 4) I was also told since my payment was paid through Apple I had to speak to them abiyt a refund. ??So at this moment I am not able to cancel or delete a subscription and get a refund for 3 months at $4.99. Worse they will continue to charge me. It's not the money/refund specifically it's very clever to make it impossible to get solution to this. I feel like it's a scam. The monthly charge needs to stop and I do want my money back. Again I have used Discovery Plus. It's clear with Amazon Prime that I canceled the following day after signing up with them, Amazon has not charged for. I also received this info from Amazon confirming that I did sign up 1/9/24 and another email confirming cancellation. I did not receive any communication from Discovery plus about membership or cancelation. It's very confusing deliberately. What I want is for a refund 2 months 4.99 ea and confirmation that I will not be charging my credit card again. I would not be able to get a resolution without your service. Thank You

      This complaint for is for a different company.  Discovery Plus Motors, LLC is a car dealership in *********, ******.  We have no affiliation with discovery+ the streaming service nor do we have affiliation with Amazon.  This complaint should be re-directed to the appropriate company.

      I signed up for discovery plus in january 2024. The same ad repeats itself every 5 to 10 minutes (fixer to fabulous). I contacted customer support 01/06/24. **************** is stating they cannot control the ads and it is an Amazon issue. I have delt with several customer service agents. *****, a lead with the company stated it is not their problem. I have not had a response since 02/01/24. **************** keeps asking the same questions. Now, they wont respond. The ad needs to be removed.

      Hello they reported me for late payment which is not correct i asked them to correct it and they dont even provide which steps they took and proof of late payment i want them to remove!

      Discovery Plus has been charging my **** Account since November 2022. I NEVER ordered this.******************** Department has changed my Card 3 times because I keep calling and saying I never ordered this......but Discovery keeps charging the new card number.The **** Fraud Investigator can not find a phone number to reach **************** at Discovery. The Chat 'BOT" insists I have to say that I downloaded the Discovery on a Device to talk to a 'live agent'. I NEVER downloaded Discovery, thus I will not say I did. I need help because we can't seem to block the charges for a Service I never ordered or used it....but I am stuck paying for it or lose my 797 Credit Score, ******* has changed my Credit Card number 3 times......but the Charges keep coming through.They owe me $42.53 and I want in WRITING that they will NEVER charge my **** again for a Service I never ordered and never used.

      I have canceled the subscription multiple times. I even pulled authorization from PayPal. I talked to customer service months ago who would only refund one month but assured me it was canceled. Still getting charged and now they have no record of any cancels or conversions. They are refusing to do anything. This is fraud.

      8/21/21 I setup a Discovery+ streaming account. I went through the process of setting it up with payment and email address. I never received a confirmation email about my subscription. The next day I was not able to login. The streaming service was giving me an error saying that there wasnt an account with my email address. Being that I never got a confirmation email or an email to verify my email address, I assumed something must have went wrong the night before when attempting to set up the service. I then re entered all of my information into the service, including bank account information. I still never received a confirmation, but the service was working then. I continued to use the streaming service occasionally for a few months after I purchased the monthly subscription, but it soon became to the point that I never used it. I paid for well over 6 months of service in which I never used it. I decided to cancel the service on my account in December 2022. It wasnt until last month when I was reviewing my bank statement I noticed a $5.39 monthly charge for Discovery+. I contacted them through email explaining I had canceled my service, but was still being charged. They responded that I had canceled my subscription, but that a duplicate account was still being charged to my bank account. The duplicate account was a typo in my email address that I was unaware of. My email is ***********************************. The duplicate account was entered as *******************************. The entire time of my streaming service, as well as 8 months after I canceled the service, I was unaware that I was paying for 2 accounts under the same household. They only wanted to refund me for one month of service, which I dont feel is fair. I was not aware nor did I verify or authorize two charges from them on my account. They have charged me $5.39 for 25 months, without my consent. Will you please help me to get a refund for the fees I was unknowingly being drafted?

      I canceled my discovery+ account over a year ago in January of 2022. I just saw I have been charged every month still. I want a refund please in the amount of $125.82 which is the amount I've been over charged. They claim I never canceled, which is false. These are fraudulent charges and I'd like a refund. I couldn't be charged due to an error made by their system.

      Discovery Plus makes it impossible for a consumer to cancel their subscription. Once logged into your account from a computer, once you go to manage accounts and go to modify account it notifies you that you need to download the *** to continue with cancellation. Once you download the app to continue with cancellation and log into your account, it then tells you that you can continue cancellation through your ROKU device. When prompted to speak to a customer agent, and explaining the issues it follows the same steps but it does not lead to a resolution. Discovery Plus does not make it possible for their consumer base to cancel or modify your subscription, they have you jump through hoops, hoping you will just give up and surrender; and continue with their service.
